Lymphedema Nutrition School Alumni Meet-Up and Support. This program is exclusive to alumni members of the Lymphedema Nutrition School to offer accountability, support and ongoing learning.
Schedule: Second Thursday of the Month
July 13, August 10, September 14, October 12, November 9 and December 14th
With the exception of January, we will meet on the 2nd Thursday of the month.

We will continue all the great work that we started with Lymphedema Nutrition School and continue to trouble shoot, learn, set goals, provide accountability and support and to do healing focused guided meditation. To join this group, you have to have first completed Lymphedema Nutrition School. Sessions will be recorded and uploaded to the classroom.
We will meet for 1 1/2 hours on the second Thursdays of each month from 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm next 6 months.
The times are based on Eastern time.
