What Diet Do you Teach?

I believe that each person with lipedema is unique and so is the solution to help manage it. To help guide you in determining this, you will have an in-depth examination of the research on lipedema diet, which will include low carb, keto, intermittent fasting, Mediterranean and anti-inflammatory. In addition, we will explore cravings, gut health, supplements and complementary therapies. In the end, you will determine the unique solution that's right for you. You will also be part of an amazing supportive community of women who are learning alongside you.

  • How many people are in the program?

    I only take a maximum of 10 students, so don't delay, be sure to join early!

  • What if I can't attend all 10 sessions?

    Each session will be recorded and if you miss a session, you can watch the replay.

  • How long will I have access to the recordings?

    You will have access to the recordings for six months from the beginning of the program. Once we are finished with the live sessions, you are welcome to re-watch the sessions to further refine your lipedema care.

  • What's included in the program?

    The program includes 10 live weekly zoom classes of 90 minutes each, plus a lipedema weekly journal style of your choice, a pre-recorded.

  • Besides attending the zoom classes, what else do I need to do?

    Along with attending the sessions, you will be setting goals for yourself, tracking your lipedema symptoms, self-care and nutrition. You will also be paying attention to how your lipedema responds and then adjusting your goals in accordance to your observations.

  • What currency is the program in?

    The program is priced in Canadian dollars. If you are outside of Canada, then your credit card provider will apply the current exchange rate.

  • What if I'm not happy?
