Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will the classes occur live?

Yes! Jean and Ann will be live on the line on May 2nd and May 9th from 1:00-3:00 pm ET. You will be able to ask your questions in real time!

  • Will they be recorded?

Yes! If you register, then you can attend live for all or part of the events. You can then watch the recording, which will be time-stamped to allow you to watch or rewatch your favourite parts.

  • What currency is the price?

The course is priced in Canadian dollars. When you pay for the class on your credit card, your card will apply the exchange rate for your local currency. For example, if you enroll with the early bird coupon code 'lymphedema' you will pay $35 Canadian, which is about $27 USD. But exchange rates fluctuate daily and this price depends on the exchange rate that your credit card offers.

  • What if I can't attend both sessions in their entirety?

Not to worry, attend what you can live and all registrants will receive free access to the recordings after the event.

  • Will I receive emails after the course ends?

Yes. You will receive emails from jean@jeanlamantia.com and info@markhamlymphaticcentre.com where Jean and Ann will share their latest blogs and information about upcoming speaking and events. You are free to unsubscribe at any time.

Any questions with your registration, you can email jean@jeanlamantia.com

  • Can I still ask a question if I can't attend live?

Yes! On the registration page, you can ask your question and these will be answered live during the class. You can then watch Ann or Jean answer your question in the recording.

  • Is the program in two parts?

Yes. Since we encourage people with lymphedema to be active, we thought we better not have you sitting for four hours straight! Our event will be May 2nd from 1:00-3:00 pm ET and May 9th from 1:00-3:00 pm ET. The time zone is EASTERN TIME. Please confirm your local time zone. The price includes both sessions.

  • What if I want more help after attending the sessions?

Both Jean and Ann offer virtual sessions and you are welcome to arrange for personal sessions with them on your own after the program ends. If you would like to do that, then email them directly at jean@jeanlamantia.com or info@anndimennaphysio.com
