ETHICAL STANDARDS
As a member in good standing with the College of Dietitians of Ontario, Jean LaMantia, RD, abides by the Code of Ethics and is accountable to the governing body for ethical and professional standards. You may review these codes at any time online at the CDO website. PROGRAM LENGTH AND FEES
Fees for this Program are due in full according to what is listed in the payment plan. Your payment does not include tax. Payment can be made via the thinkific web site platform.
REFUND POLICY
Lymphedema Nutrition School
Refunds will be issued up to the completion of the second week of class minus a $50 administrative fee. You must request your refund by emailing [email protected]
Keysearch for Dietitians Masterclass
Refunds are not offered in this course. Before the live class you will receive the list of filter words. If you can not attend the live masterclass you can submit your questions ahead of time and the class recording will be posted in the classroom.
Lymphedema Nutrition School
In all cases, if a participant cannot continue with the Program after payment is processed, but would like to preserve their spot in the next class, the participant must send an email to the [email protected] explaining why they can no longer continue in the Program and why they are requesting a Program credit. Upon the discretion of the Program Lead, a credit may be issued if it is deemed that the live and recorded option of the Program is no longer a suitable fit for the registrant. That credit can be used by the Program registrant for a future Program (if desired, noting they must pay any Program cost difference of any future training Program).
Note: The Program fees are subject to change. The Program registrant is responsible for any Program cost difference of any future training Program they choose to register for regardless of any credit amount.
